Governing Body

In his role as Chair, he provides leadership to the Governing Body in supporting effective oversight of the institution's strategic direction, governance arrangements, and regulatory responsibilities within the UK higher education environment.

She is a UK-trained professional nurse, bringing experience grounded in ethics, safeguarding awareness, duty of care, and professional accountability developed through clinical training and practice in the United Kingdom.

Mercy also serves as a Director of Citiedge Holdings Limited. She is formally listed as a Director of both Citiedge International College London and Citiedge Holdings Limited with Companies House (England and Wales).

Her healthcare background informs her focus on wellbeing, risk awareness, and the importance of safeguarding within educational environments.
